DIGNITY AND RESPECT AWARD OF THE YEAR
Ionia County Memorial Hospital awarded the ‘Dignity and Respect Employee of the Year Award’ to ICMH, Accounting Clerk, Annette Listerman. The recognition took place at Ionia County Memorial Hospital’s Christmas party on Saturday, December 6th.
Annette is noted for consistently going above and beyond to assist other co-workers with their needs. She has a great positive attitude and is a team player. Her efforts with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the ICMH Adopt-A-Family fundraising were also recognized. She volunteers countless hours each year heading up the hospital’s Relay for Life team.
Annette, an Ionia native, has been employed at Ionia County Memorial Hospital for 8 years. She started part-time in the Business office as a file clerk and moved into a full-time position as Accounting Clerk in 2004. In her current position she is responsible for processing accounts payable and other miscellaneous accounting functions.
She is married to Trent Listerman and has two sons at A.J. and Brenton. In her spare time Annette loves to camp, shop, and garden.
The ICMH Dignity and Respect Award is coordinated by the Employee Recognition Committee to recognize Ionia County Memorial Hospital staff that live the principle that it is part of their responsibility to provide a positive and harmonious environment in which respect for the dignity and worth of every person be recognized and promoted.
