Each of us needs to be healthy to fulfill our hopes and dreams. This may mean maintaining our health at every age, dealing with injury or disease as it occurs, or working with health care professionals on behalf of a loved one.
When it comes right down to it, health is a concern everyone shares. That's why Sparrow Ionia Hospital, your local full-services healthcare facility, is an essential asset to the health of our community.
Created in 1979, the Ionia County Memorial Hospital Foundation has been a stimulus for improved healthcare services in Ionia County. Tens of thousands of dollars have been allocated for the purchase of medical equipment and staff education materials to directly improve patient care.

Each year we create a wish list for the public and our volunteers of what is needed at the hospital, above and beyond the day to day items.
