Respiratory Department
EKG Machine $ 5,000
An EKG is essential In assessing the health status of individuals. An EKG machine utilized throughout the hospital will provide rapid assessment of the patient with chest pain and other heart problems.

Automated External Defibrillator $1,500
An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a small, lightweight
device used to assess a person's heart rhythm. If necessary, it
administers an electric shock to restore a normal rhythm in victims of sudden cardiac arrest.
Portable Pulse Oximeter $900
Pulse oximeters are medical devices used to measure the oxygen level (or oxygen saturation) in the blood. Pulse oximeters are considered to be a noninvasive, painless, general indicator of oxygen delivery to the tissues (e.g., finger, earlobe, or nose).
Baby Anne Manikin $100
We teach CPR for most of our staff (Nurses, Doctors, CNA, MA’s) and
our manikins get used a lot. We have two baby manikins now,
we could use two more.

Patient Education Booklets Exchange List for Meal Plans /
Shopping & Eating with Diabetics $300
These booklets are used for patient education. They provides carbohydrate counts for each food, portion weights in ounces, lists of foods grouped into fat, protein, carbohydrates and shows patients how to allow interchange with starch, milk, and fruit lists. They are developed by the American Diabetes Association and the American Dietetic Association.
