SPARROW HOME CARE - IONIA
We are here for you and your whole family when you need us!
Sparrow Home Care, formerly ICMH-Home Care, has been in our community since 1994. We are located at 525 Lafayette St., the corner of Morse St. and Lafayette, Ionia. We are the only Home Health Care based in Ionia County. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The following is a list of services that we provide for all ages:
Free Diabetic Teaching - every other Wednesday, please call to register
Free Blood Pressure Checks - during office hours
Skilled Nursing - which may perform dressing changes, IV therapy, medication monitoring, and teach you and your caregiver how to continue with your care.
Home Health Aide - can assist you with personal care and exercises established by the therapists until you are stronger and can perform these functions independently.
Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapy - to help you become stronger and better able to remain independent and care for yourself. To help you with problems related to swallowing and speech.
Social Work - links you with community resources that will help you remain in your home and assist with long-range planning.

ICMH Home Care is easily accessed through a referral by your physician.
Nurses are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
