We welcome you as a patient and appreciate the opportunity to provide you with medical services. The information that follows is designed to answer many of the questions most patients have.
The Family Health Center - Portland is open Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Family Health Center personnel are available to answer telephone calls and make appointments from 8:30 am to closing. The office is a service of Sparrow Ionia Hospital.
Office visits are available by appointment only. For acute problems, such as infections, abdominal pains, etc., we will try to work you into our schedule the same day you call.
