KIDNEY DISEASE SPECIALIST CLINIC AT ICMH
Dr. Rohit Pankhaniya, Nephrologist, is seeing patients at the Ionia County
Memorial Hospital Out-Patient Specialty Clinic on Lafayette St.. Dr. Rohit Pankhaniya, MD, is at the ICMH Specialty Clinic every other Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm for a Nephrology/Kidney Disease Clinic.
Dr. Pankhaniya is Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He specializes in the treatment of chronic kidney disease and uncontrolled hypertension. Dr. Pankhaniya is a nephrologist in private practice at Mid-Michigan Kidney Specialists in Lansing where he treats patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, he oversees dialysis treatment, and is available to perform interventional nephrology procedures.
Dr. Pankhaniya received his medical degree from Pramukh Swami Medical College, of Sardar Patel University in Karamsad, India, in 1992. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Detroit Medical Center through Wayne State University, and was appointed Chief Medical Resident in 2001. In addition, he was selected by Wayne State University Residency Program to complete a rotation in Tropical Medicine in rural Kenya. He completed a fellowship in nephrology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 2005.
